Sharing this because, I might want to make some. I am looking for fun butter flavors so if you have some favorites to share, please post in comments.
Pioneer Woman Strawberry Butter
This sweet, fruity strawberry butter is absolutely heavenly! It’s bright, fresh, and perfect for spreading on warm biscuits, toast, pancakes, waffles, or even cornbread. One taste and you’ll be hooked — it’s like summer in a jar!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup sugar (optional, for a sweeter version)
Instructions:
1. Add the sliced strawberries, softened butter, and sugar (if using) to a food processor.
2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Don’t over-process — a few small strawberry flecks are lovely.
3. Transfer the strawberry butter to a bowl or jar and cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving.
Pro tip: This butter keeps well in the fridge for up to a week. Bring it to room temperature before spreading for the best texture. You can also freeze it in small portions for later!
Perfect for brunch, tea time, or just treating yourself.
