The Building inspector looked at this job yesterday. His first comments when he stepped inside the home was “Holy S**t, that is a lot of steel. Nobody builds homes like this anymore “. That made our day.

He said “steel is only required to be every 48 inches. Why do you have it every 24 inches?” I said quite simply “We don’t do the minimum!”

🏠 We don’t want to be the same as all the other builders. We don’t want to be the cheap cookie cutter that has become the standard in this area. We mean it when we say we want to put the quality back in building.

🏅 The Florida Building Code is there to make sure builders do the bare minimum required. Some how that became a high bar that everyone tries to meet. A “gold standard” if you will. Congratulations on doing the bare minimum. You get a participation trophy.

🏆 We want first place. We don’t care what the bare minimum is. That doesn’t define us. Bare minimum is not even in our vocabulary.

If you’re traveling between Cottondale and Marianna you have the opportunity to watch this new home take off. Although, we won’t be breaking ground until January at the customers request. They want this house to be completed in time for their military retirement after over 20 years serving our country. We are thankful for their service and thankful they chose us to build their retirement home.

Our custom homes start at $165/sqft. That is a custom home with upgraded Lifetime shingle roofs, All wood cabinets, granite countertops, and commercial grade Luxury Vinyl Plank floors throughout.

We provide the upgrades in our base price. We don’t lure you in with cheap prices then force you to pay out of the nose for basic items….yes the door bell is included!!!!! If price is your deciding factor then we are not your builder. If quality and price are important then we sound like a good fit.

If you pass through the cute town of Marianna stop by and enjoy a peaceful moment at Regions Park close to the court house. We recently completed building this park with a beautiful fountain, park benches, landscaping, sidewalks, and wonderful lighting to enjoy at sunset. The city will be installing large murals on the new wall that reflect Marianna’s historic past. There is a Ribbon cutting ceremony on June 18th for anyone wanting to attend. We are proud to be apart of the City’s future.

Rafael and Shirley Parrado recently relocated from south Florida to escape the congestion and chose us to build their home.
