“Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” - Matthew 21:9

Today we remember when our Savior rode into Jerusalem, not as a conquering king on a horse, but lowly… on a donkey. The same crowd that cried “Hosanna!” would soon cry “Crucify Him!”, yet Jesus came anyway.

He came knowing the cross was before Him.
He came knowing the price He would pay.
He came because of His great love for us.

That’s grace. That’s mercy. That’s the Gospel.

As we enter this Holy Week, may we not just praise Him with our lips, but follow Him with our lives. He is worthy of it all.

Hard to believe we are only two weeks away from Easter.

As a family, this season always makes us pause and reflect a little more. With the busyness of life, it’s easy to move quickly through the days.

But Easter reminds us to slow down and remember what it’s really all about.

The cross.

The sacrifice.

And the incredible hope we have because Jesus didn’t stay in the tomb.

We’re so grateful for the gift of salvation and the promise that came that Sunday morning.

It’s the foundation our family stands on, and the reason we teach our kids about our need for a Savior, Gods plan of redemption, and the love of Christ.

These next two weeks we’re preparing our hearts for Easter and remembering that the greatest victory in history started with what looked like the darkest moment.

He is risen. He is risen indeed. 🙌

This Bonita Springs homeowner was ready for a change.

She had two lanai beds that had become overgrown and hard to maintain, and she wanted something cleaner, simpler, and low maintenance so she could enjoy her space again without constantly worrying about the landscaping.

Our team removed the overgrown plants, cleaned out both beds, and installed a fresh, simplified design with decorative rock, a focal sago palm, and evenly spaced accent plants to give the area a neat, polished look.

Now her lanai feels open, refreshed, and much easier to maintain. 🌴

As a family, we believe in worshiping, serving, and growing together in our faith here in SWFL.

That is not just something we say.

It is how we live.

Kegan, Hayden, and Payson love serving in Kids Ministry at First Naples Church.

Zach and I serve in Student Ministry.

And for all of us, serving is about more than showing up.

It is about bringing our best to God and to people.

That mindset does not turn off when Sunday is over.

It carries straight into how we run 1:16 Lawn Care.

Because to us, lawn care is not just about cutting grass or checking off a task list.

It is about serving people well.

It is about showing up with joy.

Communicating clearly.

Treating your property with care.

Doing the kind of work we would want done at our own home.

And going above and beyond, not because we have to, but because that is who we want to be.

At the end of the day, whether we are serving at church or serving a customer, it comes back to the same thing:

People matter.

Our tiniest office assistant is hard at work today… like every day. 😄

Her daily responsibilities include:

Out working on landscape estimates today and enjoying the beautiful Southwest Florida weather! 🌿☀️

Last Monday looked a little different around the office! 😊

While Dad and the older kids were away on mission trips, Mommy brought the youngest five along with her for the morning.

They took their jobs as “helpers” very seriously — testing out the office chairs, keeping things lively, and making sure the day stayed fun.

After working so hard, they earned a special reward: Chick-fil-A in Estero and some playground time!

The rest of the week we worked from home, but Monday definitely made for some sweet memories.
