Ayman construction review

In May 2025, we bought a two bed/ two bath unit in Naples that was in need of renovation. A wall needed to be removed to open the space. Then new kitchen, new baths, new flooring throughout, complete paint job. And all to be completed before the season began in October - just five months away.

The building manager referred me to Ayman Construction on the strength of several other projects Ayman had successfully completed in the building and in the community. Still, we did our due diligence by checking references which were all glowing. We hired Ayman Construction and were not disappointed.

From the beginning Ayman proved to be collaborative and responsive while delivering a fair price. He was also nimble as he adapted his schedule and work flow in the face of a Collier County permit backlog that delayed permits three months and threatened completion of the job in the allotted time frame.

We’ve done many renovations but this is the first one we managed from 1200 miles away. Ayman stayed in touch with phone calls, texts, videos and pictures so we could track progress and weigh in on decisions. He made material procurement seamless directing us to reliable suppliers and presenting options for our consideration. He has a responsible crew, a talented foreman and a strong cadre of professional sub contractors.

Ayman and his crew went above and beyond the project requirements in every way including helping to solve the problem of a couch delivery when it wouldn’t fit in the elevators! Ayman hired a crane operator to hoist the couch up to our floor and his foreman Gony supervised that delivery when we could not be on site.

The job was completed on schedule to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend Ayman Construction.

If it’s a fridge line,plumbing fitting,under sink pipes or your above neighbor dehumidifier hose wasn’t in the sink it will cause damage and mold hope it doesn’t happen to you
