Built the right way from the start.

Another beautiful tile roof and gutter system replacement completed in Colonial Country Club. Tile used was Westlake Estate tile in Canyon Clay color with Owens Corning WeatherLock High Temp underlayment.

A tile roof is only as good as the system underneath it. Proper waterproofing, flashing details, ventilation, and installation methods all play a major role in building a roofing system designed to last in Southwest Florida.

We just wrapped up the clubhouse at Terra Vista in Estero, and it’s looking better than ever—just in time for summer!!!

This roof system came with a Owens Corning Platinum Warranty (only about 1% of contractors in the country have option to add), offering up to 50 years of non-prorated coverage on materials and a twenty five year labor workmanship warranty backed by Owens Corning our partner. We installed Rhino G peel and stick underlayment and finished it off with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Brownwood.

Wonderful condo association Re-roof and gutter project completed at Swan Lake Community, Naples Florida.

Our team completed a full flat roof replacement at this condo complex, removing multiple existing roof systems including TPO, spray foam coating, modified bitumen, and insulation — all the way down to the decking.

We installed at minimum 2” ISO taper system mechanically attached to the deck to create proper drainage, then applied a 60-mil TPO membrane fully adhered ove the new insulation. To finish it off, we fabricated custom wall flashing and coping caps for a clean, watertight finish around the parapet walls.

We also replaced the tile with Eagle Bel Air in Light Gray Range, tying everything together with a sleek, modern look that performs as great as it looks.
