Swenson Construction & Roofing By: Justin Sebren

Since 2006, Swenson Construction & Roofing has helped countless homeowners and business owners throughout Florida with their roofing needs. My name is Justin Sebren and I’m a “Project Manager” with Swenson Construction & Roofing. This page has been designed to keep with projects that I personally am overseeing. It’s my job to be present from state to finish with a client to insure everything runs as smooth as possible. It’s my job to offer a free photo inspection on properties to determine if damages have been sustained due to Irma. If in fact the property has been damaged, I can assist the homeowner through the insurance process from start to finish. Once work has started on a project it’s also my duty to be present throughout the days to insure quality control. Your safety and satisfaction are both essential to our company, which is why we do everything we can to ensure you are completely content with our level of service.

Roofing Claims

Swenson Construction & Roofing can help you with all of your roof damage insurance claims. We offer free photo inspections to our clients with homes that have suffered from the unpredictable weather. From broken and cracked tiles to missing and wind damage shingles, We’re here to lend a helping hand when you need it most. Insurance companies often try to only pay for repairs when potential full replacement may be needed. With tile roofing systems one of the biggest factors to look for are wind lifted tiles. Wind damaged tiles often have been lifted high enough by the wind to displace the fasteners undearneath, then set back in place. This is called “chatter” damage. Any tile that lifts more than 2” is out of state code ordinance as the fasteners holding the tile down can be separated from the underlayment at this height.
