Installed a very interesting fixture in a bedroom.

Most recent bathroom project has been interesting. Had no floor, crooked walls, and no water supply or drain pipes. Started by leveling the floor, installing drain pipes, removing the old flexible cloth electric, and then building the walls for the shower area.
After that, installed the new ceiling joists, vent fan, and electric. Replaced the old glass block window with a new vinyl double hung and then installed the drywall and started the trim. Whew.

Old disposal stopped working, it was locked in rust because it was installed to drain uphill in Flexible pipe. We reconfigured the wall drains to allow for the proper installation of the new one. Also installed a shiny new kitchen faucet.

Lower half of the tile in the shower was loose and coming off the old drywall.
We removed the tiles, cleaned them, and then reinstalled over new cement board, after changing out the shower hardware.

Building a dividing wall in a loft, with a closet, to make a 4th bedroom.

Sorry for not posting for a while. 🙂 Working on another bathroom remodel. Took out the lowered ceiling over the tub. Replaced the vent/light combo, and installing a new tiled shower in place of the tub.
