The deck had good bones but needed some attention! We extended the life for years to come with strength and structural integrity.
Additionally, the picnic table was fabricated by the customer’s father decades ago! It was rotted but the metal frame was solid. The rot was removed and new pressure treated wood was added.

This was a cool restoration. Sometimes, a repair is a possibility. The homeowner didn’t have the budget for a new fence so we were able to use most of the existing posts and replaced a couple rotted ones. All of the existing pickets were removed and new were added. We also built 3 new gates with new hardware. The customer was pleased with the final result!
