Another beautiful roof we did! This was an older home that had 3 layers of roofing. With metal on top of it all and required a tear of and re sheeting of OSB to be able to install the shingles correctly.

Here at Sasquatch we only do it right and make it water tight! Plus with our 15 year labor warranty when we’re able to tear it down to the wood decking you’ll have even more peace of mind knowing you’re covered, correctly!

This job had some pretty bad wind damage from the last wind storm. Insurance company would only replace the damaged side.
Homeowners decided to go with metal (which is the better choice for north Idaho) but only had enough funds to replace half the roof at the moment. And plan on getting the other side replaced with metal in the future by us.
