🔧 TLC is Hiring – Small Engine Mechanic / Shop Hand 🌱

TLC is looking for a dependable Small Engine Mechanic / Shop Hand to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose, service, and repair small engines and outdoor power equipment
* Perform preventative maintenance on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
* Assist with equipment inventory and parts management
* Support crews with equipment preparation and repairs as needed

Qualifications:

* Experience working on small engines and landscaping equipment preferred
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver’s license is an asset
* Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Sometimes an employee comes along, struggles a few times to find their way, keeps fighting, keeps growing, and eventually becomes one of the best employees you’ve ever had.

That perfectly describes Ryan.

Ryan has been TLC’s longest-tenured employee and has played a major role in shaping who we are today. Over the years, he has consistently stepped in when others stepped out. He has stayed late, worked through difficult seasons, adapted to constant change, and never hesitated to do whatever the team needed to move forward.

Ryan has worn many hats during his time here. He has helped train others, carried extra responsibility when necessary, and set an example of commitment, perseverance, and loyalty. Through the highs and lows, he continued showing up, putting in the work, and helping TLC serve our clients well.

Today, it’s time for Ryan to begin a new chapter.

As Ryan transitions from TLC, we want to publicly celebrate him and thank him for everything he has contributed over the years. His impact on this company goes far beyond the work he completed.
