This page is for everyone to take a peek at what I could do for them. Pictures over the last 17 years of projects. Many of them are in conjunction with my other dad, Jim Haynes of Haynes Design & Restoration. Thanks Jimmy for all you continue to teach and do for me! Other's are my own projects that I have completed since obtaining my Class A Contractor's License. I enjoy exploring the opportunitie

s within homes. I have a great deal of experience in the Historic District of Oldsouthwest, Roanoke, Va., as well as homes built in the early 1960's. Had the honor of performing this project on the lake for some wonderfful customers. Many photos here of both, the rear two tiered deck with roof and the front portico. Pictures of the complete interior renovation to follow on a separate post. Many people to thank but by far the most important is my Lord and savior for all He has done for me. ESPECIALLY KEEPING US SAFE. Thank-you Jesus!

A very close second is Picketts Projects SWVA and Chris Picket. Thanks so much Chris for your patience, talents and dedication to this project. I could not have done this without you and in many aspects of the job, you did it without me. If anyone is in need of an awesome contractor, I highly recommend Chris for anything you could need for home renovations.

Hello to all my loved ones and friends. This is a post that has been a longtime coming. The beginning of my business page. Many of you know what I do, but for those that don't, this will give you a brief history. In March of 2014, I obtained my Class A contractors license and started doing what I had really been doing since 1999, renovating houses. Jim Haynes, my other dad, friend, brother in Christ, (I could continue) and owner of Haynes Design & Restoration, other than my Lord and Savior, is the one I owe the most thanks to. He has taught and continues to teach me how to be creative in what we do. I look forward to future projects with Haynes Design.

I love to explore options inside a home. The home I completed with my Dad and Mary required seven beams where walls were to be removed. I love working with natural wood and do a great deal of ceramic tile. Kitchens and baths are in demand, but I have done my fair share of whole house renovations. Lately, folks are looking for tile showers with handicap accessability and they are georgeous. I also have vast experience in exterior restoration and additions as well as decks. I have alligned myself with trusted
sub-contractors that are regarded as the best and most importantly, INSURED. Unexpected things come up in this line of work and it's up to me to keep those costs down for my customers.

I thank God for giving me a nudge this morning during my 19! I also thank Him for blessing me so often. Amazing!

This was the home of my grandfather, Oliver Sands Woody Sr. He built it in 1961 and had not made many changes to the home before his passing in 2010. My grandma, Reese Whitlow Woody, passed about 100 days after. It then became my dad, Oliver Sands Woody Jr. and his wife, Mary Fitzgerald's home. They planned to live in it and do a complete renovation. Alot of people to thank for this one, the first being my dad, he had as many hours in it as anyone, and Mary for giving me the opportunity to grow and learn in my business. Their design, with the help fo Mickey Hayes, designer and architect, was going to make this place a showcase home. See for yourself, these are some before and after's (a major thanks to my Blessed photographer, Melissa Lempeckski). I will post them on my page often and tell everybody a little something about that aspect of the job. I will continue to add pictures to this one as they continue to make the outside beautiful.
