We’re looking for a reliable, driven Project Manager to help lead one of our active multifamily renovation sites in Statesboro, Georgia.
Position Details:
• On-site, travel-based role (housing provided)
• Pay based on experience: $4,500–$8,000/month
• Initial rate set based on background, with increase possible after 30–60 days of strong performance
• Bonus potential tied to production and performance
• Start date: TBD (likely August or September)
What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day operations on-site
• Coordinate subcontractors and drive schedule
• Ensure scope compliance and job quality
• Communicate with the property team and internal operations
What We’re Looking For:
• Self-motivated, hands-on leadership
• Ability to read scopes, manage trades, and stay ahead of schedule
• Multifamily renovation experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and committed to results
