That old pressure-treated fence was leaning hard and the chain-link was doing nothing for the look of the yard.
We tore it all out and installed a brand-new 6 ft privacy fence for this customer — ¾" dog-ear pickets on solid 2x4 purlins, built to last and look great for years to come.
The difference is night and day. No more sagging boards, no more chain-link eyesores — just clean, solid privacy that the whole family can enjoy.
Outdoor work is wrapped up for the season, and I’m now looking forward to booking bedroom and bathroom remodels, painting, flooring, and other interior projects. Currently booking for January 2027.
If you’ve got something on your list, send me a message or give me a call — I’d love to help get it done.

This living room and dining room just got a full 21st-century glow-up — and the before-and-after still makes us smile.
One room had no light fixture. We cut the drywall, ran new wire to the switch, swapped every outlet, fixed the imperfections, then primed and painted walls and ceiling. Instant light. Instant life.
The other room? Dated wallpaper came down. Walls got skim-coated smooth. Wainscoting, crown molding, and doorways all got painted. Then we primed and painted the walls so the whole space finally matches the rest of the house.
Same floors. Same layout. Completely different home.
IKAG LLC is booking now for late December.

This deck was done.
Not “needs a few boards replaced.” Done. Sagging. Soft in spots. The kind of deck you walk across carefully and still don’t trust. The homeowner was ready to stop using it before somebody went through it.
So i tore the whole thing out.
And that’s when the job got bigger. Hidden underneath was a full 24x8 concrete pad. It had to come out too — extra demo, extra time, extra mess. That’s the part people don’t see in the finished photos. You don’t get a clean new room until the old junk and the surprise slab are gone.
Then built them a brand-new 24x8 three-season room in that same footprint.
Screened walls so they can enjoy the yard without the bugs. Rustic wood inside so it feels warm instead of like a cheap add-on. Matching metal roof. Solid structure. A room they can actually sit in for hours — coffee in the morning, company at night, three seasons instead of one nervous summer on a failing deck.
This is the kind of project that changes how a backyard gets used. Not a patch. A real upgrade.
If you’ve got a deck that’s falling apart, a bathroom that’s tired, floors that need to be done right, or rooms that need paint — this is the work we do.
Now booking mid-December 2026 for painting, flooring, and bathroom remodels. Those dates will fill. If you want to get on the schedule, call or message now.

I stepped in to complete a project someone else started, and together with the homeowners we turned their ideas into the cabin they envisioned. Exposed framing, open stairs, and raw spaces became cozy lodge-style bedrooms, a warm open-concept living and kitchen area, clean modern bathrooms, and every detail in between.
These clients trusted me to take what was started and finish it right — and that trust means everything. I don’t take it for granted!!! Every job, every customer, is appreciated!!!
We’re booking for October now, but there’s still time to get outdoor projects done this season. Decks, staining, railings, outdoor living spaces — if you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the window.
Message me for a free estimate and let’s talk about your project.
