Progress on a current project. Partial re-do and new build. I was here a year ago reworking some things, and back now for some final touches!

This project is taking g shape! Finally installed some on the various landings. The angled decking is to clearly identify the walking path to the lower section (we’LLC have lighting as well) Starting on an entirely new section of deck tomorrow.

Progress on our current project, A very custom Ipe railing and set of stairs finished with Promenade Shaded Cay decking on this beautiful craftsman home. We have more to do including close to 200 mitered joints..😬 very excited to see this design come to life

Phase 1 of this deck was to make it safe and relocate/rebuild the stairs. A lot of hidden details here getting the new to blend with the old. We’ll be back in the spring to rebuild the main deck and really get this one dialed!

Loving this customer photo of they’re Warm Sienna deck lit up at dusk. We installed stair riser lights as well as perimeter lighting on the deck fascia to help illuminate the future fire pit area.

Had the chance to go back and check out a job we completed last summer. I don’t always get to see our projects after the client moves in, this place did not disappoint!
