What’s underneath your roof matters just as much as what you see on top. 🏠

That’s why we tear the old roofing system all the way down to the decking.

Removing the old felt allows us to inspect the actual foundation of the roof, find damaged or compromised decking, and make the necessary repairs before anything gets covered back up.

Once we know the decking is solid, we install new synthetic underlayment and the new roofing system.

A new roof is only as good as the foundation underneath it.

After the recent storms, this homeowner was concerned about the condition of his roof and reached out to PRC Roofing for a free roof inspection. Now, we’re getting to work.

This home is being upgraded with CertainTeed Patriot shingles in Shadow Black, featuring the Max Def color blend for added dimension, contrast, and a more defined finished look.

We’re also bringing the roofing system up to current standards by removing two layers of old felt and installing new synthetic underlayment before the shingles go down. A quality roof starts with what’s underneath it, not just what you can see from the street.
