Our last before and after pictures were so drastic that Facebook thought it was AI generated. 😂 We’ll take that as a compliment! This job was a little more straight forward but we loved the way it turned out…

𝑨𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒚𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒔!

This project started as a basic covered patio with low rafters, limited lighting, and not much protection from the Louisiana heat. We completely upgraded the space into a four seasons enclosure that the homeowner can enjoy year-round.

We installed an insulated structural roof system with built in gutters that can be safely walked on for easy cleaning and long-term durability. A major improvement over the original setup! We also added flush mount lighting for a clean, finished look that also provides more head clearance over the previous wood framed structure with rafters.

You’re going to want to scroll ⬆️⬇️ all the way through these photos. We just wrapped up a project that was a structural nightmare.

This building went from a condemned eyesore to a beautiful property. To save it, we quite literally had to “𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐟𝐟”, stripping away layers of failing flat roofs that were collapsing❗️

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭:

𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝: We swapped a collapsing multi layered flat roof for a brand new truss system courtesy of Southern Components Inc and an Atlas Shingles, Underlayments & Ventilation Pinnacle Pristine class 3 impact resistant shingle. Added a high profile ridge for extra pop
𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: We stripped away outdated siding and rotted wood, replacing it with a sleek, modern board and batten siding
𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫: A full exterior paint job across the siding and brick to give the building a clean, cohesive, and modern look
𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲: Redirected HVAC lines to the interior stud walls to help prevent theft and updated the electric and lighting

From major storm damage to a full restoration. Check out this beautiful remodel we wrapped up in 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗲.

After a large tree fell through Mrs. Buggage’s home, the damage was extensive to say the least. We began with 🚨emergency services and water mitigation, then stayed with the project every step of the way. All the way through the final finishing touches.

𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘀. Disconnect any garden hoses and insulate the hose bibs.

𝟮. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴. Set your faucets to a slow drip or even slow stream when the weather drops well below freezing. For maximum effectiveness, open both hot and cold lines slightly since both are vulnerable.
