Hi Rick,

Thank you so much for responding so quickly to Justin’s call yesterday and within a few hours managing to schedule Jay to meet with me to review the scope of work and pulling together a talented team available to work the very next day!

I am super thankful as I finally settle down at the end of this day and reflect on all the progress made with Jay’s leadership. He is incredibly communicative and calm. His team were all aligned and followed his direction without hesitation. I have worked with several teams over the years and the team today was exceptional. Jay, Carl, Ty, Ky, and Tisha, all working together, utilizing each other’s strengths and talents to work efficiently. They were all easy to work with, pleasant, patient with me, completing tasks, ready to take on the next task, flexible with making changes.

I have nothing left right now. I need to get rest. I am looking forward to finalizing a handful of tasks with Jay and one other tomorrow. Wow!
