"Building Trust" is not just a catch-phrase at Sea-Dar; it is at the core of every project we undertake. From the executive office to the project site, our mission is to ensure our client's satisfaction and to earn their loyalty by delivering quality projects on time and on budget. We work closely with designers and owners to address budget, procurement, and logistics well in advance of the actual commencement of the project, and take pride in our ability to accurately predict cost, influence designs, define logistics, and meet committed schedules. We place an enormous value on honor and reputation, and we are proud to have developed and maintained a name as a firm that our customers can rely on.

A closer look at Kasumi, the primary bathroom in the Kips Bay Decorator Show House in New York. Kips Bay Decorator Show House

We were so honored to be able to work with Robbins Architecture + Interiors to bring this immersive primary bath inspired by the Japanese word for mist, to fruition. The space layers natural stone, cast glass, translucent textiles, light, and projected imagery to transform a windowless room into an imagined landscape, where nature emerges through light and shadow.

Completed in just a six to seven week timeline along dozens of teams working to bring their vision to life, this project was a true exercise in coordination, collaboration, and craftsmanship. We are so proud and grateful to everyone who made it possible.

We are so excited to share that our Elevated Brownstone project, done in collaboration with Anne-Snelling Lee, RUHL | JAHNES , and Manuel de Santaren, has been featured in Modern Luxury Interiors Volume III !

This historic Back Bay townhouse required a careful balance of preservation and transformation. From a custom four-car vehicle lift to a five stop octagonal glass elevator integrated into the original staircase, every element required thoughtful sequencing and precision. Original architectural details, including wood flooring, coffered ceilings, crown molding, and fire places were preserved while introducing modern mechanical, electrical, lighting, AV, and living systems throughout the home.

The result is a contemporary residence that respects the architectural character of its historic setting while meeting the demands of modern living.

We are so excited to see our Splash of Color project’s kitchen published in Boston Home ‘s Kitchen Spotlight.

This project was a full renovation of an 1896 Victorian home, that had its original character ripped out from a previous renovation. The goal was to bring back that historical charm and infuse the space with bold colors while still making the home comfortable for an active family of six.

For this ground-up single family home, we built a full-scale exterior mockup in collaboration with our partners at Hacin

This allows our teams to evaluate materials, detailing, and craftsmanship before installation on the home. This helps identify and resolve potential challenges early while ensuring every element meets the design intent.

Just as importantly, it gives our clients the opportunity to experience a preview of their future home! Stay tuned to see the exterior take shape.

At our underway renovation project in the Ritz-Carlton South Station Tower, the vision was to create a larger living room by removing the walls of the former office. However, we now have to face the challenge of moving a roof drain pipe running directly through the new space.

Working closely with the building team, we coordinated a solution to relocate the pipe into the adjacent bedroom.

Every renovation has challenges, and solving them is all part of the process! Stay tuned as this project continues to take shape.

We are so excited to see our Water Mill Retreat project published in Modern Luxury: Hamptons

This renovation focused on improving close function and connection between rooms while preserving the home’s original character. Featuring an open kitchen, living, entry, office, and a redefined primary suite. A vaulted rotunda now anchors the space, seamlessly connecting these key rooms. The project continued to grow with the addition of a customized gym.
