From exposed framing and raw infrastructure to a clean, finished space designed for everyday use. This transformation reflects the coordination, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that go into every phase of our work — even the parts you don’t see at the start.

This admin room has been fully transformed into a clean, functional workspace built to support daily operations. From early demolition and system upgrades to finishes and final details, every phase of this project focused on durability, efficiency, and long-term use.

We’re proud of the craftsmanship and coordination that brought this space together — another example of thoughtful construction making a real impact behind the scenes.

Our team is making steady progress on a full bathroom renovation in Provincetown. From opening up the walls and upgrading plumbing infrastructure to installing new fixtures, finishes, and lighting, this space is transforming quickly.

We’re excited to bring updated functionality and a clean, modern look to this facility as we move into the final stages of the project. More updates to come!

When severe weather exposed vulnerabilities in the electrical systems at a secure federal waterfront facility, LJV stepped in to help future-proof the infrastructure.

Our team:

🔌 Centralized power through a new switchboard
🔍 Identified and labeled key circuits
🛠️ Coordinated safe transformer disconnection
🚫 Removed outdated shore power stations
👷‍♀️ Inspected submerged dockside wiring — no entry needed

With added safety features and room to grow, the building is now better equipped to power through storms ahead.
