Spring has arrived!

Happy to wrap up a new, 4000sqft lawn for a customer in Dedham.
Earlier in the summer they had a pool and patio installed, which tore up the existing yard.
Based on a new survey, they gained some additional square footage and decided to install a new fence.
In order for the fence to be complete, we had to go through on the new section of property and clear the brush as well as improve the grade.
Approximately 30 yards of loam was brought in to the existing soil and spread throughout the yard as we worked around the new fence being installed.
Finally, we completed our fine tune grade and lawn raking with time to spare so the hydroseed could come right behind us within 12 hours and spray.
Little bit of everything on this project; demo, brush removal, tree removal, lots of rough grading, and a new layer of loam.
We also had to work within a tight schedule so other contractors were able to complete their work on schedule.

Very happy with the result!

As we approach the long Labor Day weekend, that marks the unofficial end of mulch season for us! We still have a handful of mulch projects that remain but this year was another highlight year with all projects coming out great.

Happy to say I took the next step in efficiency and recently purchased a CMP Hydrabucket.
Really excited about this as it will cut down on time during all aspects of lawn renovations as well as leave a better product going forward

Completed another sod install this week.
Complete tear out of existing lawn, new loam, then new sod.
Just in time for the client to put the property on the market.
For such a small footprint, we battled utilities, pedestrians, parking spaces, and the weather.
We’ll be back in a few weeks to finish up the work in the mulch beds.
Once complete, we set up our temporary sprinklers to make sure the sod gets off to a great start.

Wrapped this project up today.
Front yard had two cobblestone borders removed; closest to the house will be replaced. Side of the house had an old vegetable garden from the previous owners. That was taken out, filled in, and regraded. In the backyard, on one side, the brush was pushed back 10ft to get some more yard space. On the other, the grinded stump/firepit area was removed and graded.
For this phase of the project, everything was rough graded until we’re ready for final grade with some new loam

First project with the Dingo wrapped up this week!
This project was a challenge; tight space all around, tough shed to demo, and muddy conditions.
End result came out great, new loam spread and seeding to be completed soon. For such a small shed, removing it created a ton of yard space.
