Swipe for the transformation. In a single day: removed fence for access, took old fence and random debris to the dump, graded area for new lawn, installed 80 yards of topsoil, graded and harley raked, installed gravel fire pit area, installed fire pit, top dress 10k sq ft of lawn, redressed a gravel parking area with 12 yards of fresh gravel, and finally put the fence back and cleaned up! Super happy customers and that’s always the best part.

Swipe for the before. This driveway came out great. 3”+ of compacted asphalt, hand tamped edges for robustness and clean lines, power trenches under the driveway for future light installation and not to mention widening the apron and correcting the sub grade for better drainage and approach to make this much more functional!

This remove and replace came out really nice. We removed and hauled out the existing driveway as it was showing its age the prepped the sub grade and installed a base layer of gravel before putting down a full 3 inches of asphalt to ensure the customer gets at least another 30 years out of this one. Gorgeous and BIG (7000 sq ft) driveway we put the finishing touches on last week. We took this property from potholes and dirt to a strong, long-lasting asphalt driveway with a solid sub grade and recycled asphalt base layer (in place of gravel) to save some cost while providing a lasting solution the customer shouldn’t have to worry about for many, many years.

Here is an awesome little before/after! We extended a cul-de-sac by 60 feet to make a turn around for a large horse trailer. We also added a 120ft x 20 ft driveway for parking the trailer. This allows the owner to turn her horse/camping trailer around on her dead end road and then back it in so it’s ready to go for her next adventure. This was a big job with a lot of dirt moved and a lot of material brought in, and it came out great!

Catching up posting some of our jobs. Here we removed and replaced a cracked portion of a driveway in Mercer Island. We then added a pull through asphalt driveway with an attached gravel parking area. Lots of functionality and curb appeal added!
