Our teams woke up EARLY this morning! Rain and all but we showed up and we made progress!

One of R|MILLER's ongoing projects is Genco Winery in Woodinville. This is a brand new 2 story facility that will accommodate 4 new wine tasting rooms.

Today, we poured the concrete! Check out these photos of our crews out working on setting the foundation of this exciting project.

R|MILLER is thrilled to share that we have signed a preconstruction service agreement with Lynn Street Apartments in Seattle! This will be a 15-unit apartment project with unobstructed views of Lake Union from Downtown to Gas Works Park. We are scheduled for a Q1/Q2 2022 groundbreak!

This past year, our teams worked diligently and efficiently to maintain active projects progressing, ensuring we reached scheduled timelines and making sure we met the needs of our clients. We are so proud to announce that we have wrapped up our multi-family project on 417 2ND Ave W in Seattle, under budget and ahead of schedule!

FUN FACT: The glass used at our renovation at The Lounge was repurposed glass! The glass was hanging out at our warehouse looking for a new home and we found the perfect one! This glass wall brings in light and enhances the ambience. A little piece of our history integrated into this beautiful space.😍🥂

Hispanics and Latinxs account for over half of the country's growth. Culture is celebrated everyday at R|MILLER and we thrive on diversity within our organization.
