AFTER REMEDIATION / DRYING IS COMPLETE
Once a remediation company has finished drying out your home, you are NOT required to use them for repair or reconstruction β unless you choose to.
You may hire any contractor you want, including:
β’ A contractor you trust
β’ One that works within your budget
β’ One that will work with your insurance company**

π‘ IMPORTANT INSURANCE INFORMATION
Insurance claim funds are limited.
Many policies do not pay full replacement cost due to depreciation or policy exclusions.
If a remediation company performs any work beyond drying and cleanup, it may not be covered by your policy or you may not have enough funds remaining to restore your home to its pre-loss condition. Additional work is commonly not covered by Insurance so check your policy!
