Did you know in Colorado that even though you have a building permit, you are REQUIRED to hire a licensed contractor to build for you (unless you do the all the work yourself). We do not have a universal state wide licensing system therefore you must attain a contractors license through the county or municipality or both.

General Contractor means we can do it all! I did a solo garage door install this weekend. Took 2 old beat up 14'×14' doors and made one good 14'×12' door. It was cold so the dog River worked from the home office this weekend.
