Some homes just have good bones.

This one was built in 1905, and it was ready for a refresh. We repainted the full exterior: a warm buttery body, crisp white trim, and a bold red front door. The white cleans up every line, from the dormers to the porch posts, and the red door makes the entry the star of the show.

Same classic character. A whole lot more curb appeal.

Real wood is beautiful. Utah weather is not kind to it.

The siding on this cabin was sun-faded and dried out. We brought it back with an acid wash and stained with Chestnut (SW 3524), a rich semi-transparent stain that deepens the grain and seals the wood against sun, moisture, and cracking. Fresh white trim and posts finished it off.
Same house. Years of protection added.

Very happy with our experience. Not only did they do the job but they also gave us tips for home improvement projects. They are also fast. We were told originally that the project would take 3 days but they finished it in one. And great customer service. When we had windows that were sticking and not opening, they had no problem coming out the next morning to help unstick the windows.

While we stain each deck board, we give special attention to the cut ends (end grain)—because they can absorb up to 10x more moisture than the board’s face.
