A recently completed multi-family housing project in the heart of old town Bountiful on 100 South. The new buildings, three in total, were designed to complement an adjacent past project on Main Street and expand the living options in Bountiful’s vibrant historic district. Per the Owner’s directive, Smith Hyatt worked with the design to achieve a streetscape view reminiscent of more dignified three-story townhomes like those of neighborhoods in eastern cities. We would like to thank Hepworth Investments for the opportunity to be a part of this significant project in Bountiful. We also like to thank Knowlton General for their effort in construction and help bringing this vision to fruition. Another successful project for the books.

Smith Hyatt Architects is proud to present this recently completed project in Layton, Utah. It was our privilege and pleasure to work once again with the Owner's of Layton Memory Care, LLC to transform a tired old office building into this new assisted living memory care center for 16 residents. The project presented many challenges, but the outcome is a beautiful and functional facility for those requiring the unique services Layton Park Memory Care, LLC provides.

Posted photos in Layton Park Assisted Living Album represent before and after.

Thank you Layton Park Memory Care for including us in your project.
