Ok, so little venting. But also a tip for homeowners and Generals for jobs sites. You need to keep in mind sub contractors DO NOT sit around waiting for you to call them. We are all out there working day in and day out.
Some have strict hours of operation and other are willing to work late to keep a schedule. If you cant give a contractor 2 weeks notice min. on projects then you have either messed the job up and feel its ok to put pressure on the next guy, or you probably shouldn't be in charge of the job.

I've done over 20 in ground pools this year from April to now. Not one of them are the same. That's what I like about this line of work. Nothing is same and you have to always thing about what your next 3 steps are.

For the ones that either haven't been following or haven't been lucky enough to see the videos and post that's been going around for Dec. 10th (this Saturday). Myself and Blayne Grassle are playing a pool match of race to 20. (representing Bradley Billiard Club and JR's Electric). There is no money that either of us will be profiting on from this. Each of us are putting $750 in the pot and all donation will be going to local families in need. As in families in this area. There are a couple ways to help out. One way is by going to

With donating this way as a buisness you will recieve a receipt for taxes purposes. Another way is by going into Bradley Billards and dropping it off. If it's in form of a check then make it out to Bradley Billards. You can always come in on the 10th and make the donations and watch me win the match 😁.

Ya we have snow and the unwanted cold weather coming, but that doesn't stop the outside work..... Kind of like this pool job
