We’re looking for experienced leaders to join our team as General Foreman in multiple locations:
📍 Cleves, OH
📍 Pell City, AL
📍 Lansing, MI

Requirements:
✔ Must live within 90 minutes of the assigned location
✔ Proficient in Excel, crew rosters, and general computer work
✔ Hard-working with a can-do attitude
Preferred:
✔ 2+ years of General Foreman experience
(We’re willing to train and develop the right candidate with less experience)

Role Overview:
This position is responsible for leading multiple crews during storm response operations. You’ll be the point of contact with utility partners, ensuring clear communication while driving safe and efficient production in the field.
When not actively responding to storms, this role will support ongoing operations and work weekly out of the local yard.
If you’re a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in safety and performance, we want to hear from you.

Job comes with full benefits- amazing insurance and 25% of your gross is paid by the company into your retirement.

Storm chasing opportunities with 16 hour shifts and way higher wages depending on local union.

100$ perdiem a day during weekly work if you live more than 2 hours from the yard to help with hotels.

Summer work schedule 3-12s or 4-10s

Truck to take home.

These guys will make 80k to 140k a year depending on the amount of storms.

Hydrualic experience is a plus!

📍 Location: Full-time position based in dayton/Cincinnati Ohio
✈️ Must be willing to travel to other yards (Connecticut & Alabama) for yearly truck maintenance occasionally.

🔧 Requirements:

• Valid CDL (required)
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Experience with Cummins and MaxxForce engines is a must
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diesel equipment
• Must be available for storm work and capable of working 16-hour shifts when needed
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

• $33–$37/hour (based on experience)
