Dadgum, the middle of 2021 was crazy, you couldn’t bid anything because you didn’t know the prices of materials until they actually showed up, extra extra long lead times on materials and supplies, and when materials finally showed up, labor was impossible to find, people were liked getting paid to stay home, no one wanted to go back to work! So glad we made it through the craziness!
