Full Job Description
General Laborer
White Oak General Contractors, is accepting applications for a General Laborer position. Work will require some travel but typically within 1 hour radius.
We are looking for quality employees who are productive and ambitious!
Competitive pay based on Work Experience
2+ years of experience starting pay 14$ per hour and up based on skills and abilities.
Qualifications
Experience in construction
Experience from past jobs in any of the following operating equipment, Drywall, paint, framing, concrete, carpentry etc..
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms
Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

During this trying time for our community, there are going to be lots of salesman and roofers from out of town and locally pushing to get a contract and an insurance claim going!
Please be aware of who you are working with and make sure they are reputable and have your best interest in mind.
NOT all but a good amount of roofers take advantage of the client and insurance to make the most amount of money possible. They will be like vulchers and at times pushy. I am not a roofer by trade but have overseen and contracted many roofing projects both commercial and residential. I have a few roofing crews that I work with and trust and would be happy to quote any one a roof and will make sure it’s done correctly and in a timely manner. I will also be happy to help if you just need some friendly advice. Please don’t sign contracts without fully understanding your agreements. Two at a time! New 5/8 plywood and shingles on 29 homes! 5 down 24 to go!! We are beyond grateful for the opportunities God and hard work have brought our way! Thanks to All those who are part of the team to tackle this project!
