With the warmer weather coming , get ahead of the next cold front by taking down those x-mass lights & checking the covers on outside hose spouts and if possible checking crawl spaces for leakage or water standing & try & pin point where its coming from then put on your spring to do list , freeze & thaw conditions often show problems you might not otherwise see ! While working at a customers home today I noticed birds flying into the homes dryer vent , after a look I noticed it was 80% full of lint & debris which can & will start a house fire . Have a qualified person look at the outside vent to see that it is clear & if its a easy one to change ? around 9 bucks goes a long way vs a visit from your local Fire Dept & a great time to make sure you are safe with smoke alarms with fresh batteries ! Have a safe and happy holiday , only 109 days till spring 🌷
