Small void fill that went back 11 feet under dyed concrete. Was a rushed trench for a drain that was back filled last minute and some frosty dirt. Problem solved with polyurethane and woth no holes.

Seeing lots of issues with new construction this year. Thick frost and lots of moisture has made lots of issues. Open holes filling with moister and the frost driving down and back from the walls of the holes. Even projects that had heaters and compaction have sunk. Heres some void fills with some deep injection is placed where soils were soft yet and a lift on a entry pad saving all the work to redo it. Plus frost protection now. . . @ Lead, South Dakota

Did some for the . Matched up some edges on some slabs that have sunk and some that had sunk more since they were ground matched. @ The Club for Boys

Sharing some favorites. This is another favorite saving the general contractor several thousand dollars. It had an infloor heating grid. No need to remove or replace and all the time and mess to go along with it. This floor was in excellent condition and had sunken on the edge and they wanted to take care of it before it settled and let more water run in and make the soils worse or chance it getting into the house. This floor when done was as nice and fracture free as before and hard to spot the small 5/8 hole once the filler cured.

This was some repairs that were done that the back fill wasnt compacted well and settled. This is a very common problem. Especially around these storm drains. This saved the cost and time of having new concrete redone again.

Some heavy steps that settled and had large voids under it. This repair saved them several thousand dollars.
