Minimum charge jobs ($150) MAY be asked to pay before I begin. When doing renovations at Time and Materials (T&M, CASH per hourly rate $60 paid DAILY, residential per hourly rate $80 paid weekly, commercial rate $110, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, porches, ect. paid within 30 days ), there may be a deposit on job start for materials ordered or material $ are due when received, Residential rates are due on job completion, or every Friday or weeks end, whichever comes first, until project is completed, Commercial rates due within 30 days. Time begins when I get in my vehicle to go to your project, ends when I get back in vehicle to go home. When starting every job, YOU are my focus until your job is completed. *** Saturday $20 appointment (conditions apply, $20 refunded on project total) for estimate/consult in MY working area of 35 miles from 19512 are good for 30 days from issuance, can be set up by message me here on my page for best response or email [email protected] ***. MUST be present for your appointment time and parking must be onsite, I'll be there within 30 minutes. I do NOT do exterior painting, roofing, concrete work, flooring, tiling, toilets, major plumbing or electrical work and countertops UNLESS part of total renovation projects, not separately. ***You, my client, are responsible for any necessary permits/applications, dumpsters and fees for your project.*** My personal 30 day guarantee is only for my workmanship, material warrantees speak for themselves. Renovations will take precedent in scheduling when I can do them, smaller jobs such as carpentry, windows, doors, repair or replacement jobs are done when time allows between renovation jobs, NO schedules are set in stone! ANY unpaid balance will be charged a penalty after 30 days. Delinquent balances will be charged lawyers fees for filing of lien on top of past due amount. Credit cards accepted with fee.
