Two individuals from the Landscape Crew ended up sharing the bragging rights for the May 2026 Employee of the Month honor.

Both Cory and Kyle were recognized for their ability to complete a large landscape project on their own this past month. They did a great job executing rock-work at a home, which included properly sloping boulders along 100’ of shoreline.

Definitely proud of these two and their ability to get the job done!

Playing catch-up after a busy start to the season!

On the opening day of each new season, we like to recognize the hard work that goes on behind the scenes and the employees who chose to return to Ryan’s Landscaping for another year.

In finishing out the 2025 Employee of the Month awards (that we forgot to post last year…😉), Tristan Roux received the honor for October. This is Tristan’s fourth year here and when it comes to fall trims, Tristian is the man! He continues to be precise in his work and is always a reliable team member.

We celebrated Dustin, who is our third employee to reach the 10-year status here at Ryan’s Landscaping! Dustin was also awarded the 2025 Mechanic of the Year, which he has won every year since its inception in 2022. We truly would not be able to operate without his mechanical talent and ability to fix all of our equipment and vehicles!

Our Rookie of the Year Award went to Chad, who has begun his second year here. Throughout the year, he was consistently reliable, is always respectful and works well with everyone. We’re so thankful that he is joining our crew again this year!

The first full week of the season is in the books and spring cleans are underway! We’re excited to be back after a LONG ...
