An engineered foundation nearly ready for framing. The soils were so poor on this site that it was hard for a person to walk on. Over 50 helical piles were driven through the muck to solid bearing 20 feet down. These were capped with 12" x48" reinforced grade beams.

Clock tower replacement. The old tower had become structurally unsound and the decision was made to downsize the tower. The old tower was removed and new structure installed in just under 2 hours.
