Not every paving project goes exactly as planned...

During excavation at Seaview Avenue , our crew uncovered an unmarked water line that unfortunately ruptured. Instead of pushing forward, we paused work, notified the city, and waited for the utility team to repair the line and properly mark its location before continuing.

It's a reminder that even with thorough planning, unexpected conditions can exist below the surface. What matters most is how they're handled.

For us, that means putting safety first, coordinating with the appropriate agencies, and making sure the job is completed the right way, not the fastest way.

That's the standard we bring to every project, every day.
