From blank slate to backyard sanctuary — this full renovation for Franco and Gabby Gretter reflects true design-build craftsmanship. We removed two large trees, stripped the lawn, and reimagined the space with a modern, low-maintenance layout featuring top-quality synthetic turf and crisp custom beds. Every kind of plant was hand-selected by the client during a private tour of our nursery, including the standout triple Foxtail Palms, grown and shaped by us from a young age into flat, architectural form. We also upgraded the entire irrigation system, installed a full lighting package to accent the palms, hedges, and walkway, and created a space that feels both high-end and personal. The pergola will be added soon — it just cleared permitting — and a full video walkthrough is coming next !!
