"It's just not cooling as it used to." Evaporator coil leaks, even when small, will eventually cause an emergency no-cool situation. With the extreme heat lately, all systems are running almost constantly to keep up. An issue on the hottest days may not persist. If your system is struggling even overnight, give us a call, and we'll be happy to check things over.

I'm Mandy DeNardo Rainey, the owner of Cool Air Services, Inc. My journey in the air conditioning industry began in 1998 when I started collaborating with my first husband, Frank DeNardo. Together, we nurtured and expanded the business through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to serving our customers and community. Following Frank's untimely passing in 2012, I made a promise to continue the work we had begun together. Since that time, I have focused on growing the business into what it is today, while remaining true to the values that were foundational to our success. Frank established our business in 1995, and I take immense pride in carrying forward his vision.

One of the core principles we have always embraced is straightforward: treat others as we would like to be treated. This philosophy guides our care for customers, employees, and the community we serve. Each day, I strive to build upon the strong foundation Frank created, aiming to make him proud of how we nurture both the business and the people who have contributed to its growth. I am thankful for this journey, proud of how far we have come, and excited for what the future holds. Although Frank is no longer with us to witness it, his legacy remains an integral part of everything we do.

Routine maintenance helps prevent clogged and slimed-up drain lines. We highly recommend semi-annual maintenance, especially since the aluminum coils do not help prevent bacteria. Help your system stay cool by scheduling maintenance every 6 months.

Recently, a customer called to request a diagnostic appointment and said, "I'd like somebody to look at it before you try to sell me a new unit or try to make me spend thousands of dollars." The owner's response was perfect! "We're not one of those companies that send a salesman out to your house. Many other companies in South Florida have been bought out, but we're not that kind of business. We do things the right way. We treat people the way we wanna be treated." We work with people all the time to keep things going until replacement is the only or best financial solution.

We are and have remained a family-owned and operated business for 30 years. We employ experienced, trained technicians for every call, regardless of the task. 🤩

During summer heat waves, the office phone gets busy, and the service tickets come through all day in various ways. With so many things needing review, it's always a great giggle to come across technician notes that say things like, "all three systems are murder systems." 😳🤣😂🤣 Not sure that's a thing, but I'm going to ask when I'm done laughing. 🤣😂🤣
