Barnard has placed more than 200,000 cubic yards of soil cement on the main containment structure of the Three Rivers Phase 2 Project.
Over the past three years, we’ve built a new weir, culverts, and the containment structure to replace the historic cutoff between the Arkansas and White Rivers. This new infrastructure will help USACE improve navigation, control flows, and reduce erosion on this important waterway.
