Highridge Landscapes is hiring a Landscape Designer in Bozeman, MT.
This is a full-time role for someone who can run client consultations, produce professional design plans, and close projects. You will work directly with high-end residential clients from first consultation through signed proposal and production handoff.
The role includes design work in LandFX or AutoCAD, estimating in Aspire, and direct client presentations. Compensation is a strong base salary plus commission tied to closed project volume.
We are looking for someone with 3 or more years of residential landscape design experience, proficiency in design software, and the communication skills to lead client conversations confidently.
Montana plant knowledge is a significant advantage.
