Zander came to us on a whim. He was working at the airport, needed a change, and took a landscaping job without much of a plan. Then, he found out he already knew the owner from high school. How cool is that?!

Most people see our crew on the job sites. They don't see what happens before the crew ever gets there. Every construction trailer at Rivers is built around one idea: everything has a home. Crew leads have the freedom to organize however works best for them, but that standard never changes. Safety gear at the top. Heavier items stored low. A workbench for reading blueprints. A clear bay for anything that needs to move fast.
