Advantage Landcare is seeking skilled laborers and entry level laborers to join our landscape maintenance team for the remainder of the season, as well as join our snow removal team for this upcoming snow season. Duties will primarily be for mowing & trimming, pruning, sidewalk and driveway snow removal, and a variety of other tasks as assigned. Pay starts at $19.00 - $22.00 per hour in the summer, and $28.00 - $30.00 per hour in the winter. Year long salaried positions available for the right candidates. $32,000 - $38,000 per year + overtime. Skilled Laborer positions are expected to be filled with an individuals the foreman or supervisors can lean on to complete tasks. Advancement within the company, and the development of these positions into leadership roles as a foreman is expected. Must have a high level of self motivation, and be detail oriented.
