Recently, we responded to a public YouTube video about trucking automation fraud, where people were asking questions about several trucking company investmentsâAKL Transport, Automated Trucking IO, Eliseo Cardali, and Kris Lunsford - you can find Automated Trucking and Eliseo Cardali on Instagram and TikTok. Based on a good friendâs firsthand experienceâincluding several missed payments (still as of today with no indication that he will ever see another payment again), proof of theft of initial truck fleet, fraudulent documents, lack of income documentation, lack of insurance information, lack of proof of a profitable business model, and much moreâ we shared our concerns and these numerous red flags, and encouraged others to do their deep due diligence. If you know of anyone who has or is considering investing into an âautomated truckingâ investment, please share this information and let them to do deep due diligence.
Days after, our business was targeted with multiple 1-star and 2-star Google reviews from individuals weâve never worked with and who are clearly linked to a Fiverr acount based in India. Some of the reviews even made it clear they donât know what BeachLagoons does.
These appear to be coordinated, fake reviewsâpossibly in retaliation for our public comments warning others to be cautious. Weâve reported the reviews to the appropriate platforms and are taking all necessary steps to protect our business and reputation, as our reputation is exceptionally important to us. We will always do the right thing by standing up against suspected fraud or suspected criminal activity. We wonât allow anyone to silence us. Most importantly, we will always make sure that we do the right thing for our clients. This suspected fraud has nothing to do with our business or any of our valued clients. Still, we are being attacked.
