Looking for an experienced residential project manager with experience in new construction and renovations.
Primary responsibilities..
Estimating and material takeoffs,
Ordering materials and job planning,
Directing and scheduling sub contractors,
Directing in house crews to job sites,
Blueprint takeoffs and CAD experience a plus.
Corresponding with clients,
Overall project control from start to completion.

Primary work area is Anna Maria Island and greater Bradenton area.

Also hiring experienced renovation and new construction carpenters and finish guys.
