🧡💚 HAPPY 2-YEAR ANNIVERSARY, SARA! 💚🧡
Today we’re celebrating 2 wonderful years of Sara at Team Ross! 🎉

Sara may officially be our Receptionist/Dispatcher, but anyone who works with her knows she is SO much more than that. She is truly one of the first lines of defense for our company—the welcoming voice our customers hear when they need us, the person helping get the right people to the right place, and someone who genuinely cares about making sure people feel taken care of from the very beginning.

And somehow, while keeping all of that moving, she has also earned another very important title around here: our Analytics Queen. 👑📊 Sara plays a huge role in managing and understanding the data behind our business, helping us identify trends, measure performance, and use that information to make smarter decisions and drive Team Ross forward.

But what we love most about Sara is simply Sara. She is bright, fun, spunky, happy, and an absolute delight to work with. She brings an energy to our office that makes it a better place to be, and we are incredibly lucky to have her.
Sara, thank you for the care you give our customers, the support you give our team, and the joy you bring to work every day. We are so grateful for you and everything you contribute to Team Ross!

Happy 2️⃣ years, Sara! Here’s to many more! 🧡💚

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MATTHEW! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating one of the absolute best, our Reconstruction Estimator, Matthew! 🥳

Matthew is such an important part of Team Ross, and we truly can’t say enough about what he brings to our team. He is incredibly hardworking, reliable, dependable, and trustworthy, the kind of person you know you can count on, every single time.

He has a natural way with our customers and does an amazing job making people feel heard, comfortable, and taken care of throughout the reconstruction process. But what makes Matthew even more special is that he never limits himself to simply “doing his job.” He’s a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and jumps in. Whether it falls under his job description or not, if the team needs help, Matthew is there, no hesitation and no excuses. 💚

That kind of character, work ethic, and team-first attitude is invaluable. Matthew plays a VERY important role in the success of our team, and we are incredibly grateful to have someone of his caliber representing Team Ross.

Matthew, we hope you know how much you are appreciated, not just today, but every day. We are so lucky to have you on this team and hope your birthday is every bit as amazing as you are! 🎂🎈

Happy Birthday, Matthew! We appreciate you more than you know! 💚🧡

Eric is one of the most brilliant, focused, determined, efficient, and hardworking people you will ever meet. His leadership touches virtually every part of our organization, and so much of our growth and success over the years can be attributed to his dedication, vision, and relentless commitment to excellence.

He invests in our people, leads by example, tackles every challenge head-on, and carries an incredible amount of responsibility with a level of consistency and integrity that is rare.

Eric is the kind of leader who makes everyone around him better, and the impact he has made on Team Ross over the past six years is immeasurable.
