Last week, the Manatee Chamber of Commerce stopped by to help us celebrate an incredible milestone: more than 50 years of membership with the Manatee Chamber of Commerce!

Jacki, Kim, and Carey presented ZNS Engineering with a Golden Anniversary Certificate recognizing this longstanding partnership.

This milestone represents more than five decades of involvement in the Manatee County business community and a longstanding relationship with the Chamber. We look forward to continuing that partnership for many years to come!

Boots on the ground and eyes on the details. Our Boca Raton team is providing construction engineering services for Town Place, a mixed-use community in Port St. Lucie featuring 264 upscale apartment homes and walkable retail frontage along US Highway 1.

Led by Rudy Mack, our construction department is coordinating FDOT roadway work on US-1, including turn lane improvements and utility tap connections. We're also managing construction of the new lift station and coordinating utilities with the City of Port St. Lucie Utilities Department.

Proud to be partnering with Rich Properties and Belvedere Contracting to help bring another great community to life.

As Anthony Nguyen wraps up his summer internship with ZNS Engineering, we want to thank him for his hard work and contributions to our team.

Throughout the summer, he contributed to a variety of civil engineering and land development projects, gaining hands-on experience with site due diligence, preliminary site layout and planning, ADA and PROWAG accessibility reviews, utility and stormwater analysis, CAD preparation, grading plans, and more.

It was a pleasure having Anthony on the ZNS team and watching him grow both technically and professionally. We appreciate his hard work, curiosity, and willingness to learn, and we’re glad our team could play a role in his development as a future civil engineer.

Thank you for spending your summer with us, Anthony. We wish you continued success at Florida Gulf Coast University and in your future career! Can't wait to see you again soon!!
