Where your pool sits on the island actually affects what it needs and how we approach its care. Here's what that looks like in practice 👇

🌊 Gulf Front & Ocean Exposed Properties
Pools closest to the Gulf deal with the highest concentration of salt air. Salt air exposure means chemical levels can shift faster and surfaces need more consistent attention. We also pay extra close attention to equipment condition on these properties and monitor for early signs of corrosion before they become bigger problems. We have a trusted partner we refer our clients to right away for any repairs.

🚤 Canal Front Properties
Canal front pools tend to deal with more debris and organic material finding its way into the water which directly impacts chemical balance and water clarity. These pools often need a little extra attention to stay guest ready week after week.

If you own a pool on Anna Maria Island, chances are you've dealt with more than just pool chemistry. 😄

Meet the uninvited guests our techs sometimes come across on their route. Raccoons near pools are actually more common than you'd think on the island. They're drawn to the water, and unfortunately they tend to leave droppings around the pool area which is not only a mess but a real sanitary concern.

Homeowners will usually set up traps to safely capture and relocate them off the island. A smart, humane solution that keeps the pool area clean.

Just another reminder that on Anna Maria Island, pool care goes a little beyond chemicals and cleaning. 😄💙

Forever rescuing baby turtles from pools 🐢🍌

One of our techs found this little guy hanging out in a client's pool. He fed him a little snack and would you know the little guy made his way right back to the pool 😆

This island never stops surprising us and we absolutely love it. Anna Maria Island's wildlife is one of the things that makes this place so incredibly special and moments like this remind us why we love what we do every single day.

He made it back to the water safe and sound. Mission accomplished. 💙🌊

We will never get enough of these views so we've got to keep sharing them with you! Before the island wakes up, Splash Squad is already out there. It's that early morning team hustle! The team is out on their routes making sure every pool is perfect before you or your guests are ready to enjoy it.

We are throwing it back to a review from the 2024 hurricane season. We can't thank Zoie enough for recognizing our efforts during such a traumatic time for the island. Hurricane or no hurricane, we are dedicated to the health and safety of your pool. "Not a single complaint from a guest or myself," is music to our ears. We want nothing more than you and your guests to enjoy their stay at your home.

Early mornings on Anna Maria Island hit different this time of year. The air is a little lighter, the sunrises are stunning, and our guys are already out on their routes taking care of your pools before most people have had their first cup of coffee. ☕

And while the season is changing, one thing remains the same and that is...your pool still needs consistent care. Florida fall means warm water temps, storm season still in full swing, and vacation guests still showing up expecting a perfect pool. We've got it handled.
