We know that creating happy and strong communities goes far beyond building structures.

At NDC, we are parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers, and sisters, and we care deeply about the future of the communities in which we build.

Earlier this year, we teamed up with Samoset Elementary to cheer on students as they prepared for testing. Now that their testing is complete and the results are in, we (and much of the community) are celebrating!

In just one year, the school rose from a D to an A rating. That incredible achievement belongs to the students, teachers, staff, and families who worked for it every day.

Helping build the future isn't always about constructing it. Sometimes, it's simply about showing up. And it was our pleasure to show up for Samoset Elementary. Congratulations, Principal Webb and Samoset Explorers!

ICYMI: NDC’s VP and Project Executive Brando Fetzek was on ABC 7 Friday evening in celebration of Samoset Elementary’s most recent milestone.

In only a year’s time, the school went from a D to an A but not without the support of faculty, staff, and community partners like NDC. 

It was a privilege to support this campaign alongside the School District of Manatee County and Manatee Education Foundation, both longstanding partners of NDC.

This morning, our Vice President and Project Executive, Brando Fetzek, joined ABC7 Sarasota - WWSB's Alyssa Perry to talk about our small role in supporting Samoset Elementary and its exceptional students.

Samoset's rise to an A school grade is a testament to the dedication of its leadership, teachers, staff, students, and families. We are proud to have helped energize students ahead of testing and are grateful to have been a partner supporting their journey.

Recently, our team welcomed the NAWIC Gulf Coast Florida Chapter to the future Bradenton Police Department Headquarters for a behind-the-scenes look at the project's progress.

The tour was led by our own Project Manager Greg Hodge and BPD, who provided insight into the site's unique features and considerations. From security to operational readiness, every detail is designed to support the officers and staff who will serve the Bradenton community for years to come.

It was a privilege to host and visit with these talented women in construction, who together are helping move our industry forward. Thank you, ladies!

Congratulations to the team at Sara’s Studios in Bradenton! This exceptional group recently marked an important step toward bringing this project to life: the building is now ready for its roof installation.

To celebrate, the project team gathered for a traditional topping-out ceremony and shared lunch together.

This milestone brings us one step closer to opening the doors to Manatee Performing Arts Center's newest addition. We can't wait to see the community experience this new space.

With nearly a decade of experience in accounting and finance, Jordan helps keep NDC's growth grounded in strong financial leadership. From construction and risk management to treasury and corporate accounting, his diverse background brings a valuable perspective to the company's executive team.

Today, Jordan oversees NDC's financial operations, helping guide strategic decisions, support future growth, and ensure the company remains positioned for long-term success.

His leadership and partnership with our Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Rihn, will position us for long-term success.

Park Vista Apartments is continuing to take shape. You can see the bones of this community coming together!

As construction continues, walls are being set up, creating the outline of what will be the 158-unit residential development. On the other side of the building, the skeleton for this project’s first-floor amenities like the fitness center and office space is starting.

Located near Bradenton's Riverwalk, Park Vista is designed to connect residents to the best of downtown living—from arts and entertainment to outdoor recreation and waterfront views. Future residents will enjoy a resort-style pool, indoor bike storage, and a rooftop gathering space overlooking Manatee River.

We're excited to see this project continue to rise, one floor at a time.
