Our project for Cooperative Farmers Elevator in Lake Park, Iowa is moving along nicely. Final concrete pours for the floor and footings will wrap up this week, and our millwright team is on-site assembling trusses. Stay tuned - an exciting addition to this project is coming soon!

We are very happy to announce that Green Plains Inc has chosen to add a to their incredible facility located in Wood River, NE.

This building will store 4.4 million bushels of corn for their ethanol production. The addition of our economical flat grain storage hoop building will improve operations and give them more flexibilty.

We look forward to seeing and sharing the progress of this project as it continues.

Thank you, Key Cooperative for choosing our economical permanent flat grain storage building in Newton, IA! This is our 1st completed for 2026 and it will store 3 million bushels of corn replacing an existing bunker.

We are fortunate to partner with such a great organization that is committed to excellence and investing to better serve their members!
