Dalton’s Masonry is seeking a reliable and hardworking tender to join our team. This role supports skilled masons and concrete finishers by preparing materials, maintaining a clean job site, and assisting with daily tasks to ensure projects run efficiently. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and are willing to learn the trade, this is a great opportunity.

👥 Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, other materials
- Load, unload, and transport tools and supplies
- Assist masons and finishers with job site tasks
- Set up/tear down work areas, scaffolding, and forms
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform general labor duties as needed

💪 Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Previous experience preferred
